Magnesium
and aluminum castings are heat treated in a computerized modern,
car-loaded furnace with automated setting for time and
temperature control. Our furnace holds a tolerance of plus or
minus Five Degrees Fahrenheit. Parts are heated at different
time intervals depending on the temper specification and and the
properties desired. Having our own heat treating facilities and
metallurgist in-house eliminates costly time delays and
transportation costs that occur when relying on outside sources.
